What is a typical HALO treatment Like?

Depending on the treatment area, the HALO treatment alone should be 30-60 minutes. We provide a prescribed topical anesthetic coupled with a cooling technology to minimize discomfort during your HALO treatment. Most clients describe the treatment as feeling heath with occasional prickling sensations, but are typically comfortable.

What Results Will I See?

HALO is a total skin rejuvenation treatment. You will see changes in overall skin tone & texture, discoloration, wrinkles, pore size, and visible signs of aging. You will see initial results about one week after your HALO treatment, but your skin will continue to improve over time. You will see discoloration improvement in the first few weeks. Then see major skin rejuvenation in the next few months.

Downtime and what should I expect?

Treated area may feel warm for 1-2 hours after treatment. Warmth may continue for 12-24 hours. Cold compress or cold roller is recommended for relief. Redness is normal and expected. Redness generally increases in intensity for the first few days after treatment, with day 3 being the most intense. MEND’s (microscopic epidermal necrotic debris) will appear on the 2nd or 3rd day after treatment as dark spots and bronzed appearance to the treated skin. They are part of the healing process, feel like sandpaper and will flake off in a few days. Keep the skin moisturized. Swelling occurs first 2-4 days post treatment. Especially under-eye first day. You may choose to sleep in an upright position for the first 2-3 nights. We say give us 10 days recovery, we give you back 10 years!
